What is it? On Track is a payment program designed to help MLGW customers with limited incomes manage debt and pay off their utility bills over a period of time. The program focuses on budgeting and energy conservation education. What do you get? On Track participants are assigned a personal service advisor and qualify for an Extended Payment Plan for up to 36 months. On Track also provides special workshops, home study materials, a home energy survey, free home repairs to homeowners, and a refund of the utility deposit after successful completion of the program. How long do you get it? On Track participants are enrolled in the program for one year. |
