You qualify for CoverRx if you:

• Live in Tennessee for at least six months before applying.
• Are between the ages of 19 and 64
• Have no other source of prescription drug coverage
• Are a U.S. Citizen or a qualifying alien
• Have a qualifying income (see table below)

For example, if you are in a family of three and have a household income of $3,815 or less per month, you will likely qualify.
